Every job opens with a thorough commercial-grade dry vacuum to lift embedded grit before any water touches the carpet, and closes with a high-recovery rinse. Typical drying time is 4–6 hours.

Steep streets, cottages and beach houses

Away from the flats, Coogee keeps a stock of Victorian cottages, Federation homes and beach houses on the elevated streets above the bay – including Arden Street, one of the steepest in Sydney. Period homes often carry wool carpet and stair runners, which we fibre-test and clean with wool-safe solutions and low-moisture methods on stairs. Access on the steep streets is planned when you book, not worked out at your kerb.
